TERMS OF SERVICE

By availing our services you, as the client, have read and agreed to all the conditions stated in Terms of Service.

❖ General

  • Remember to request only if you have the money to pay for the commission, long-term payments are not accepted.

  • I reserve the right to reject your order without explanation.

  • If the request/project does not respect the style or working method of the artist, it may eventually be rejected.

  • Applications are only accepted for those over the age of 18+, they must have their own PayPal account, no type of agreement will be accepted with an account other than the applicant.

  • Applications that include AI-generated characters or people linked to crypto NFTs are not accepted (you may be banned).

❖ Advance consultations

  • You can make any type of query, the important thing for me is to clarify your doubts and have good communication.

  • Applications will eventually be closed most of the time, but you can check my availability, sometimes I accept random applications depending on my availability in the month.

❖ How to request a commission?

  • Currently my method of opening commissions is through an advance announcement where I share a specific form for more (if you are interested in this format, you can activate notifications from me (twitter, discord).

  • If my requests are closed, you can fill out the form here ORDER FORM and send it to my email [email protected] , depending of my availability I will accept or reject your request.

  • Direct communication is made after accepting your request, it can be through mail or discord, where you feel convenient.

❖ Payment

  • Prices are in USD and payments are through Paypal.

  • The commission is only made after receiving the payment in advance.

  • The payment period is a maximum of 72 business hours, otherwise the invoice will be cancelled.

  • The established prices do not include paypal taxes, so any type of voluntary tip is appreciated when paying the invoice.

  • The prices are for personal use, if you want to make a commercial request, check the extra rates at the bottom.

❖ Commercial prices

If you choose commercial use, keep in mind that it will be multiplied based on the value of the total price of the commission._
When acquiring commercial use **you can request the separation of the character and background into two independent layers, (this does not include detailed cuts).

❖ Refund

  • The refund is only included if your commission was not started after 4 months after the payment.

  • Once the commission has started, there is no refund, please avoid using personal situations to request a refund.

❖ References

  • Provide full character references (full body, base colors, additional details, settings, etc.).

  • You can share it via google document, drive Google, sta.sh , imgur , toyhou.se.

  • If the reference is only text without clear images, your commission will be rejected.

  • AI generated referrals will also be rejected.

  • If you want to attach a very specific pose, remember that I will only take it as a reference, I am not willing to copy it 100%.

  • In the case of a Ref sheet Custom design, remember to attach the genre of clothing as many images as possible that adapt and serve to develop the character, hairstyles, accessories.

❖ Time

  • The delivery time is relative depending on the workload of the month.

  • Keep in mind that I only work business days from Monday to Friday.

  • Ych Icon estimated time of 1-5 weeks of delivery.

  • Chibi, regular commission of 2-8 weeks of delivery.

  • Illustration, Ref sheet 3-10 weeks delivery.

  • Remember to be patient, you can track the progress on my TRELLO will update every 3 days.

❖ Process

  • A limited amount of wip will be sent at the sketch and rendering stage.

  • Remember to mention what you want to correct at this stage to avoid the most tedious corrections when the work is more advanced.

  • Maximum of 3 revisions, you can demand a change of pose in the sketch stage.

  • After the 3 revisions, the extra revisions will be charged.

  • Errors on my part, such as in the sketch and rendering phase, will be corrected free of charge, but if they were caused by some limitation such as the resolution of the referential image or incomplete reference attached by the client, they will remain the same (please review and mention the important details you want to highlight).

  • The icon YCH do not include wips, the final product will be delivered after the accepted request..

  • The final piece is delivered through a Sta.sh link, email, google link.

❖ Final Artwork use

  • As an artist reserves all copyrights to the artwork.

  • The final piece is digital work only

  • You can upload the final piece in a lower resolution on your social networks with the appropriate credits for me as the artist.

  • It is not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned pieces to resell them for profit.

  • You are not allowed to use the product on any technology related to blockchain, NFT, cryptocurrencies or future investments in the space, if you do you will be immediately blacklisted and disqualified from working with me again and with fellow artists.

❖ Uploading

  • I may post the commissioned artwork to my social media as portfolio or with advertising purposes (commission openings/examples).

  • You can request to keep it private or to be uploaded in a later date. Please do let me know in your commission request.
